In this spark session, "Creating Community & Workability with Your Staff," Cordelia will help you gain perspective of your staff, what their commitments and concerns are, and how you can support them in their passions.

Cordelia Storm is a Seattle native who has taught parkour workshops all over the world, including Mexico City & Mumbai. Her first parkour coaches were Rafe Kelley and Tyson Cecka, and she was also taught by Brandee Laird, and later went on to Head Coach at Apex Movement Boulder, before moving to San Diego, and eventually back to Seattle where she is now the Program Director of Parkour Visions. She has participated in leadership programs since 2011 and has coached multiple personal development programs over the years. Cordelia also owns and manages her own personal coaching company which serves as her platform for her clients to increase their effectiveness in all areas of life, including relationships, career, and their passions.
