Stephanie Gularte is an experienced leader with extensive creative, operational and entrepreneurial experience. She has experience as a nonprofit CEO and over a decade of leadership experience with professional, nonprofit arts organizations. In 2015 she became the Producing Artistic Director for American Stage. At the theater company, she helped create The Young Americans Initiative, which is an initiative committed to developing the future artists, audiences, and advocates of professional live theatre in Tampa Bay, Florida.
