Morning routines, habits, meditation, rituals oh my! We're told we need to refine each of these areas...turns out...I'm a drop out.

It made me feel rotten until I analyzed WHY I shifted. As I looked to nature I don't find anything constant other than change and adaptation.

Applying this understanding to my habits and routines breathed new life into my world and will no doubt encourage (possibly challenge) you!
