Get to the point guys!!! I generally enjoy this sort of subject matter, so I gave this a shot.. but during my 30 minute drive home from work we had only JUST got to the stage of a brief overview of the story. I'm sure you have legions of dedicated fans who want to hear about all your extra content and the good old times etc.. but new listeners want to hear about the actual subject of the episode. Will try once more and that's it

A pillar in the podcasting Parthenon

Absolutely interminable. The subject matter is always of interest to me and I love Rob Kristoffersen and Rich Hatem, so I have to listen to the episodes on which they appear as guests, but it's such a painful, tedious listen. Both hosts have editing experience, apparently, but if ever a show was crying out for an editor, it's this one. Forrest has a good 'radio voice' but he rambles on and on unchecked and I have to reduce the playback speed to make Scott's high-pitched squealing less painful. The trouble is that makes the show last even longer!

Very in depth research and discussions about unsolved mysteries, the paranormal, and the strange and unusual. The hosts have great chemistry and I enjoy their friendly banter in addition to their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the topics discussed. One of my most favorite podcasts.

Super-impressed with the amount of research done, and the way it is presented. Both podcasters have a tone and cadence that is easy to absorb. They seem like nice people, the discussions are interesting, and I appreciate that they keep politics out of their podcasts and are respectful to all.

I love how this podcast works. They present a story, they dissect it, and then they offer all sides. This was my gateway podcast and I will always have a spot in my heart for it, but I've been on a horror story telling kick since I binged a bunch of their spooky episodes since 2018 and I have sadly not been back since. But soon!But I will never stop recommending this podcast to people. I even got my Dad hooked and he was thrilled, especially since he was getting fed up with how Coast to Coast was becoming.

This is an excellent podcast, well researched, interesting and entertaining. One of my go to podcasts, I cannot say enough good things about it.

Detailed and speckled with Gen X references that I can appreciate

Wow, this podcast. If you ever wanted to get deep into the weird, the uncanny - this is where to go. The hosts explore these events in a level of detail and thoughtfulness that gives the subjects respect but never feel hokey. They leave room for possibility without going off the deep end. And this let me entertain the possibility of "what if" moreso than other podcasts I've listened to. A thorough but engaging look at events that still skirt the shadows of our imaginations long after they're over.

Each idea is clearly elucidated, each topic is thoroughly researched and given further context by Scott and Forrest's unique and extensive personal backgrounds. Far and above the pile of paranormal garbage podcasts out there A.L. is the standard bearer!

I am completely addicted to this show. Definitely listen if you dig strange stories and legends.

This is my go to podcast when I'm at work doing mindless paperwork. It's stimulating without being taxing. Informative and still fun.

Of the paranormal and mystery podcasts, this one is at the top of my "to-listen" list every time. Scott & Forrest (once referred to as the "Click and Clack" or paranormal podcasts) put out an thoroughly researched show, consulting with experts, authors, and a research team that goes the extra mile. Their conclusion on the final fate of Amelia Earheart is currently getting backup from new archival evidence that has been found and brought to light.This show is a must not miss!

Scott and Forrest plumb the depths and explore the side trails of various myths, legends, and mysteries from around the world. They are VERY thorough and, supported by their volunteer research crew, bring to light many interesting facts and theories into one entertaining package.
