As a holistic educator, Lisa provides valuable methodologies in the emerging field of bioenergetics. She utilizes innovative energy technologies: Magnetic, Nano Technology, Thermoregulating materials, water & air filters, nutritional, emotional, and energetic solutions to restore our vibrational field thereby creating a quality of life. Lisa has been in the Wellness Industry for 17 years and specializes in nutrition and sleep. Her focus is on empowering others to take control of their health and in 2008 I began teaching as a Wellness Instructor at the University of Richmond. Lisa is also a trusted partner with HealthyChild.org through Nikken International.

While using the Power of Sister Hood, with diverse voices in a unified group with dynamic relationships, we provide dynamic conversations on various topics. At The Table w/ Ms.B features discussions that endeavors to promote love, light, and positivity to stimulate a desire in others to be the best version of themselves. The topics offer motivation to expand thoughts beyond the limits of the mind itself.,encourages human development & the whole healing of self. The conversations strive to provide information to educate individuals on creating a sustainable approach to life by seeing Christ in us while we attempt to articulate how to access spiritual powers by sharing our faith that reveals His Love, Grace & Mercy.
