In this episode I go over how bad my anxiety and paranoia was. It was REALLY bad as a child and teenager. As the years went on, I learned how to manage it pretty freaking well considering just how bad it was.
I used a combination of enhancing my intuition, meditating everyday, and cutting down on caffeine and alcohol. Struggling with anxiety is not easy! But having it does not mean that we have to suffer.
