I go back and forth on this one, listen to an episode or two, then unsubscribe, then go back a few months later for another episode. There is a lot of really great information in this podcast, but I think that sometimes I don't get enough out of it to listen often. I do enjoy Diane's and Liz's social media accounts, and their blogs. Maybe I like them better in print? If you're curious about paleo and practical ways to incorporate it into your life, give them a listen.
