A special event, experienced the first time around, can be the most exciting and exhilarating thing, but eventually, if your offerings remain perpetually the same, that’s when things begin to get stale. Reimagining the fan experience is especially important for beloved institutions and events that want to draw in a younger, fresher crowd as well. Jared Orton speaks to Greg Harvey, the Vice President of the Bristol Motor Speedway in East Tennessee. Greg talks about continually adding new elements to the experience of people attending races in order to keep people excited about the things they do. Just like anything else, an experience, no matter how important it is, gets old with repetition. Keeping things fresh, of course, brings life back to any event.
