As an attorney, Stewart has come to fully understand the enormous cost of conflict and that any form of battle is ineffective in resolving problems.

Stewart is the author of "Getting to Resolution" and "The Book of Agreement" as well as the co-author "Collaborate 2.0".He also teaches communication, relationship and conflict management for the American Management Association and the University of California Berekely School of Law.
