Just a little update of how I am doing. Down another 2 pounds, which seems small but any is worth the work. I also discuss a bit about how mental health really affects diet and weight loss, at least in my case. My depression really gets in the way some times, but focusing on smaller goals will help me in the long run. Sure, there are milestones, but my focus is going to be on the small daily stuff I can do every day. Then it becomes easier and easier to do.
