On this quick episode of Behind the Bricks myself, Joe Koicim, Shaun Riney, and Seth Glasser share our third update in our series of conversations on the impact of the Coronavirus on the New York City multifamily market.

Since March 15th our team has closed 21 deals, signed 26 contracts, and have another dozen contracts out. Taking advantage of these opportunities requires insight and a bit of patience today.
