With these bad reviews that I read every week, one could venture to say that there's not much more than meets the eye. However, that is simply not the case this week as BRBR gets a visit from the fellow cyborgs from Cybertron in Transformers! The fate of a battle between two space age, ancient robot species now lies in the hands of Shia LaBeouf. So honestly, what could go wrong? Well, quite a bit actually as we revisit this CGI-tastic, action packed, robofight extravaganza that completely broke the box office back in 2007. It's one of the most infamously overlong franchises of all time with a handful of sequels already out in the real world as well as two additional films already in production for the coming years. Our boy Michael Bay goes from giving us Bruce Willis on a space rock to a movie with more plots than autobots. Right? Because it rhymes but is also true? While the CGI was a true spectacle at the time and turning point for many films to come, I just wasn't quite sure if "BayFormers" would still hold up today. Can Sam Witwicky and the Autobots stop the Decepticons, recover the All Spark and blast these bad reviewers back to Cybertron? Tune in to find out!
