In this episode, Founder of Ohza Mimosas Ryan Ayotte joins me to talk about how he turned a brunching trend into a “ready-to-go” business. He sells premade mimosas with the same amount of taste and half the work.
Ryan is a 26 year-old entrepreneur who gradually dove into his business. The idea for the premade cocktails came to him in 2018, he launched his business a year later. He is going to talk us through his approach and why taking his business one step at a time was the best choice for him.
Selling any product can have it’s hurdles. Selling alcohol is a whole different story. Ryan explains why selling his product through retailers was the best move to get his business off the ground and why he limited his initial sales to Massachuteus.
Coronavirus was a huge obstacle for any small business owner, but Ryan saw it as an opportunity for a direct customer service. He will talk about the difference in selling in bulk and single packages directly to customers.
