There's a lot to like here:✅ Interesting premise with a corporation profiting from the commodification of blood✅ Profit hungry, self-obsessed billionaire as an antagonist - always relevant it turns out✅ Blood-based heist✅ Input from researchers makes it feel authentic✅ Touching on the social issues around blood donation was eye-opening and genuinely horrifying*Spoilers, spoilers, spoilers* When it came to the resolution I was glad there wasn't a supernatural element to the blood stuff, as I think it would have undermined it a bit. The antagonist's motivation to cure his condition certainly makes sense; early on it seemed like the motive was been teed up to be money, which while genuine can be a bit cartoonish, so this was a good approach.
