It’s one thing to land a board seat, but it’s another to master your personal leadership growth while in this role. It’s imperative to take each role as an opportunity to grow as a director and to make the most out of each opportunity you’re awarded. Today’s guest teaches us just how he’s been able to accomplish this and how he intentionally seeks growth and development in his roles.

In today’s episode, we welcome Jim Crocker (@jimcrocker). Jim is a governance consultant, speaker, writer and facilitator for public, private, and not-for-profit boards in the US and Canada. He operates with a focus on governance effectiveness and board strategy and execution with expertise in healthcare, education, research and software and currently serves as Chair of Boardroom Metrics. Jim shares stories and strategies from his long career in the C-Suite and the Boardroom to help us learn how to become better leaders and make the most of our roles. You won’t want to miss out on this episode of Boardroom Bound.
