On the Boardroom Bound Podcast we’ve constantly preached the benefits of diversity of thought, leadership, gender, age and more in the boardroom. Typically, boards look for that ‘great fit’ to join their team but it’s becoming ever more common for boardrooms to disrupt that pattern by seeking out diversity.

In today’s episode, we welcome Diane Paddison. Diane Currently serves as an independent director for the Stan Johnson Company. Diane is also the Founder of 4Word, a not-for-profit serving professional Christian women. She is also the author of Work, Love, Pray, a book aimed at providing practical mentoring for Christian women in the workplace.

Diane shares her perspective on the increase in gender diversity in the boardroom while also sharing tips, tactics and strategies she’s picked up along her own boardroom journey. You won’t want to miss out on this episode of Boardroom Bound.
