Being an excellent board director takes a lot of preparation and behind-the-scenes efforts which is often not seen by most. To speak on true boardroom excellence, we welcome an award-winning director, Graciela Monteagudo.

Graciela is an experienced independent board member at Fortune 1000 Public and Private Equity backed companies with experience in Nominating & Governance (Chair), Audit/Finance and Compensation Committees. She was recently listed in Hispanic Executive Magazine’s 2020 Best of the Boardroom and currently sits as an independent board director at WD-40 and sits as chair of the nominating and governance committee at ACCO Brands.
