Ellen Richstone is a former Fortune 500 CFO, former CEO of a private company, current full time Board Director. Her public board experience started in 2003 and since then the companies have ranged in size from micro-cap up to S&P 500. She is also on the Board of NACD New England. She is an experienced Audit Committee Chair, with expertise also in Technology, Manufacturing, Global Business, and M&A.
