What an amazing time I had with Dr. Robert Adams. He served a total of 36 years in the Navy with the Seals and the Army with Delta Force and the 82nd Airborne. After the military he built a thriving private practice in North Carolina where he won numerous awards for clinical excellence and practiced for 13 more years, retiring in 2020. We discuss his time in the Navy as a Seal, transitioning out and going to Med School and coming back in the service with the Army as a Surgeon. He's spent a total of 33 years in Medicine, all the while writing 2 books called, "Six Days of Impossible" and "Swords and Saints" available on his website swordsandseals.com or on Amazon!
