For over 15 years, I have dedicated myself to studying the dating process, communication, and relationships. My mission has always been to find the key to keeping our hearts open to love.

Through my journey, I have discovered one important lesson: We are designed to love, and to love requires bravery, vulnerability, and peeling away the layers that get in the way. That's exactly what I want this podcast to represent - a space that is natural, raw, playful, and genuine. A place where we can explore the beauty and the challenges of living with an open heart.

Episodes will include conversations with people who inspire me, intrigue me, and light me up. Some episodes will be direct conversations with you about what I am learning on the court as a dating coach and matchmaker. And I’ll do some episodes dedicated to answering your questions.
