Following Sometime in New York City, John Lennon returned to a more personal, love-song based approach for 1973's Mind Games. Written and recorded just as he and Yoko were making decisions about their future, it's not one of Lennon's critically acclaimed records, but after hearing it as a child, Cliff was hooked.
