Andrew Hill is the Director of Alternatives Brain Institute, a brain and mind-training center and the Lead Neuroscientist at truBrain, a start up making the world’s first nootropic drink. He received his PhD in Cognitive Nueroscience from UCLA, studying how attention operates in the brain. He lectures for the Undergraduate Education Initiatives program at UCLA, teaching a course sequence gerontology and the neuroscience of healthy brain aging. Andrew has published chapters on measuring and modulating human attention and continues to research self-regulation. He is passionate about self-regulation and peak performance.
