She handles the tech side of the company and Jeffrey Katzenberg handles the Hollywood side. They didn't have a beta for investors to see, they just had to imagine it. It's crazy that they were able to raise 2 billion without it. I guess its because Meg is one of the most respected tech people around (took ebay from 5m to 8 billion, among many other credits) and Jeffrey has over 30 years of experience.They are the first company that is a content/tech company. Others started as content and then became tech or vise versa. 200 employees. ~90 on content and ~90 on tech. Rest is marketing and ad sales and stuff. The creators get ownership of their content after 7 years. With the movies it costs 100k to produce 1 minute!
