Annë ("Annie") Dering, also known as Awesome Annë, is a certified health coach, a wife, and a mom of five. As a health coach, she helps others in three areas: healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy finances. Her greatest measure of success is celebrating others when they become the healthiest and most AWESOME version of themselves. Because, as she has discovered, being awesome is amazing!
