In this special episode of Business Story's Midweek Motivation, Chad Muncy interviews Shaheer Rizvi in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Shaheer is the owner of a company called Xpert Solutions and is a lecturer or teacher at the Department of Management Sciences, Kfueit-Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology. Previously remained affiliated with Children's Global Network - Pakistan combined project of Ministry of Education, Govt. of Pakistan as Regional Manager, South Punjab.

He completed his MS degree in Management Sciences from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. During his career, he participated in several Competitions, Workshops, Seminars, Conventions, and Conferences. Also, he achieved Best Project Award in Punjab Youth Festival Business Plan Competition 2012. Incredibly Shaheer prepared a Business project, in International Business Collaboration Proposal Project 2011, organized jointly by 5 countries across the world.

Apart from work he also does research and authoring in multiple internationally acclaimed research journals. His works specialize in highlighting the social and economic stigmas that haunt Pakistan, he also volunteers at University Registered societies i.e., Student Debating Society, Executive Club, Rabtt, Student welfare society, GWSP, Akhuwat and have served as President, Campus Coordinator, General Secretary, Information Secretary, and Ambassador for these societies respectively.

Shaheer talks about the struggles and failures that all entrepreneurs go through. He also discusses how to have success at anything you do or desire to do.
