River North residents Jonathan Amarilio and Bridget Eastman take Jacqui and Trish to their favorite restaurant, Pacific Standard Time. The California-inspired restaurant has been a Chicago favorite since opening just over a year ago, in April 2018. In that time, PST has made nearly every short list for Chicago foodies, including being the only Chicago restaurant that appeared on 2018’s Eater National Best New Restaurants of 2018 and being named as a 2019 Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant.
