Mom burnout, Dad burnout, or just parent burnout, we have all been there. Some might not admit it but it happens to us all so don't feel guilty. YOU are still YOU outside of being a parent. It's okay to treat yourself. It's okay to have some you time. It's important to have that time. Remember, you are not alone. You may feel like it but we are out here to say you aren't!
