These are short podcast episodes - aiming for between 7 - 10 minutes where I explore was to build positivity and energy into your day, and relieve stress and tension.

With the fear and discord that is present and building in the world, I invite you to help me lift the energy of planet by starting with you and Choosing Happy for a few minutes each day.

Day 8 - Choosing Happy Christmas Alone

Christmas can feel a sad and lonely time if you are not spending it with others.

In this episode I invite you to make Christmas a gift to yourself if you are alone this Christmas. Choose that it's the best day of the year for you. Consider that you could choose happy.

Community and Connection

My belief is that we win when we are compassionate, connecting and communicating unconditionally. When we are building a community of like-minded souls supporting each other through the dark days.

Be kind to those around you. They are living their own version of reality. If you want to be in conflict ensure it's aimed in the right direction. Be the example, by rejecting separation and embracing all, no matter where they are on their journey. Be the light, the example others want to follow.

I have created a community and resource pages on the Choosing Happy website at www.choosinghappy.co.uk - all will be available on day 6 - This was an intuitive urge to do this, to step up in my own way.
