S Damon Hinkle He’s a trained Evangelist, not a gifted evangelist 3 main ways to evangelize

  1.  tracts
  2. 1x1
  3. Open air preaching

What is not the Gospel

  1.  not limited by time, rev 14:6 location Mark 16:15, situation Luke 4:-7-19
  2. Appealing to the flesh (God loves you and has a great plan for your life-stony ground, Do you want to go to Heaven (dying soon, Stephen, Apostles, Matt 24:9, John 16:33, Luke 12:51-53
  3. St Francis, preach the gospel if necessary use words (contradiction),a more excellent way is both

James 2:14-17 (good works and words Go hand in hand) Rom 10:14-15 - how shall they hear without a preacher Give people info they don’t have  Avoid being like bright light first thing in the morning, take it step by step Forget those who blast you with questions just to mess with you  Doctor spends 90% time telling what’s wrong and 10% the solution  Ps 19:7 law is perfect  Rom 7:7  Know the Ten Commandments well 2 things he always brings up

  1.  Law
  2. Made in the image of God

good question: what do you think happens when we die? This reveals their full worldview another good question: Tell me about your background did you have a good upbringing? As you start probing if they are blaspheming (pig) just leave them the law (no pearls) If someone says they're a good person, say "Let’s look at a standard outside of ourselves " Did you ever ... Use a springboard , zjesus "bring me a drink", Paul "unknown god", you don’t have to have permission just ask questions, everyone wants to talk about themselves if they want to blame society bring up Hitler, slavery I don’t believe in Atheists, creation and conscience works in our favor Salvation is of the Lord not us If you go in an area and its heavy and dark stop and pray,  Think "If you were out hiking and found a man with a knife in his back and he had 5 min to live what would you tell him" If it says no postage required send them a gospel tract  Some tracts are themed Furniture mart twice a year Stealthy things that are fun and exciting for introverts Leave them in a restaurant with a tip  If they ask you something you don’t know, tell them you haven’t thought about it but if you’ll be patient with me I can follow up with you Tractplanet.com It leaves them one on one with Him If 2 come in (JW), talk to the one watching and learning, you say I’ll be anhiliated that’s not what God says Create your own tract Can add stamp with your contact info  Look for big events, give then bottle of water and tract or Bible   E Damon Hinckle   L God told Moses to build a tabernacle for Israel to honor God, for the first time God showed man how He wanted to be worshipped, and rather than just making the Tabernacle Himself, God gave man the opportunity to build this with human hands What a tribute to the value God places on the work that man sets his hands to Ex 35:30-35 "

And Moses said to the children of Israel, “See, the Lord has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah; 31 and He has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom and understanding, in knowledge and all manner of workmanship, 32 to design artistic works, to work in gold and silver and bronze, 33 in cutting jewels for setting, in carving wood, and to work in all manner of artistic workmanship.

34 “And He has put in his heart the ability to teach, in him and Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan. 35 He has filled them with skill to do all manner of work of the engraver and the designer and the tapestry maker, in blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine linen, and of the weaver—those who do every work and those who design artistic works."

Do you see a man who  excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men. Proverbs 22:29 - NKJV And in this I give advice: It is to your advantage not only to be doing what you began and were desiring to do a year ago; but now you also must complete the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to desire it, so there also may be a completion out of what you have. 2 Corinthians 8:10-11 - https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=2%20Corinthians%208:10-11&version=NKJV   A From Ben LaCorte CMAW113

  • Bring the pain of living in a falling world. You can say "God is not just a crutch, but the entire hospital, not only do I need a crutch because I have a broken heart, but you do too"

Christian Men at Work Podcast

Dave Hilgendorf from DaveHilgendorf.com interviews men from all walks of life who are choosing daily to be led by the Holy Spirit and live out their Christian faith at their work and because of that they are leading, prospering, glorifying God, and experiencing joy and purpose in their work, and you can too. Have you bought into the lie that your work has no real significance or meaning beyond a paycheck? How about the lie that the time you spend working is not kingdom work and not part of God's plan unless you're a full-time pastor or missionary or you're volunteering at your local church? The Devil is thrilled when you spend your work day feeling like the work you do is somehow second class spiritually. In this podcast I interview Christian men who have made a simple choice, regardless of what particular denomination their church is a part of and regardless of their job title. That simple choice is to invite the Holy Spirit to lead them at their job and in so doing to surrender their work, the biggest part of their life in terms of time, to God. The various reasons why they've made that choice may be different for every man but I believe there are two primary common reasons. The first is they know both from scripture and from a feeling deep down inside that this is God's will for them. The second reason is they know that this is the only chance they have of having a job and a career that really means something beyond simply earning money. This is the one and only way to have a sense of joy and purpose in the work they do. What kind of work they do and whether their work lines up well with their desires, talents, and strengths are both important, but they pale in comparison to whether or not God is in their work. God must be at the center of your work or your work truly will be the necessary evil the world and the Devil wants you to believe it is. The men I interview don't have it all figured out (none of us do!) and I encourage them to be real and transparent about both the victories and struggles of their journey of being Spirit led at their work. Hopefully, in this way, you'll find someone and something in every episode that you can relate to and through which God can help guide you to be closer to Him and more fulfilled and joyful in your daily worklife. Your work can truly be marketplace ministry and much more.
