Considered going to Seminary but took his first job as a graphic designer at a Baptist church, he knew at that point he had the made the right career choice, worked there 2 years and started fee lancing graphic design, leaving was hardest decision , the 2nd hardest decision was hiring first employee

In the last 5 years ministry is now the foundation of my business
Starting in 2015, I started to see that the services they were providing weren't going to work for the next 15 years
At first, I split the company with one side being for ministry and the other secular, that didn't work
Joined "Kingdom Business Leaders" at my church, Gateway Church, with 10 business leaders
It started with the realization that God was going to love me no matter what
I started asking God questions I've never asked before, I had to get to where I was ready to say that it was God's business
Millennials want meaning and money and they want it now
A polarizing niche statement is powerful
Each organization has to decide how to incorporate their faith in their messaging
Purpose Discovery Process - leads to deep conversations, teeing up this faith conversation, like a covert discipleship model
People tend to go back to a rut of just showing up with a mindless approach to work, and need to be reminded about their purpose, there's laziness in everyone
