Lance Cottrell founded Anonymizer in 1995, and is an internationally recognized expert in cryptography, online privacy, and Internet security. He is principal author on multiple Internet privacy and security technology patents. He took Anonymizer to a very successful exit in 2008, stayed on as chief scientist of the acquiring company Ntrepid, and now advises startups through FeelTheBoot.com. He frequently speaks at major conferences and writes for numerous publications. He also consults and invests through Obscura.com. He holds a MS in Physics from the University of California, San Deigo and a BS in Physics from the Universtiy of California, Santa Cruz.

Daniel Suarez is an author and IT consultant. He initially published under the pseudonym Leinad Zeraus.Suarez writes techno-thriller novels. His first book, "Daemon," was published in 2006. His following books are "Freedom™" (2010), "Kill Decision" (2012), "Influx" (2014), "Change Agent" (2017), and "Delta-v" (2019).

Robert Vamosi is a CISSP and award-winning infosec journalist. He is the author of two books -- When Gadgets Betray Us [Basic Books: 2011] and The Art of Invisibility (with Kevin Mitnick) [Little, Brown & Co.: 2017] ‐‐ and is featured in Code 2600 , a feature-length documentary on the history of computer hacking.
