Roy Cooper’s extension of Phase Two and then jump into the governor’s race in North Carolina and the presidential race. Ray and Andrew also focus on the tremendous advantages Gov. Cooper has in the governor’s race right now as well as Joe Biden’s propensity for gaffes. Ray also trips up and says the word “irregardless” during the podcast but quickly catches himself.
