I am a white woman who did my MBA with Lolita in Boston at a school of only women students. She was the class star and we are all amazed at how she juggled marriage and motherhood while being fast-tracked at a Fortune 500 company at which she was an engineer, a male-dominated role to begin with. I was intimidated by Lolita because my own life was so chaotic at the time. Lolita is one woman who defied any and all boundaries or obstacles in her way to total success! When she left all that and wrote a book, I read it and it changed my life. Her podcasts are wonderful because she Lolita shares her own struggles as she soars ever higher allowing us to be as much a part of her success as she is of ours. Even my husband listened to these podcasts and later said "Lolita is very practical." Yes, she is practical at helping us make our biggest dreams a reality, one affirmation and one conversation at a time. With some coaching and cocktails thrown in!
