This Month's Guest : : Charley Hackerson

This months guest is very special, not only for what he has accomplished but for how he accomplished it by never personally selling anything in his life.  Charley Hackerson graduated Magna Cum Laude from the U of MN in Mechanical Engineering. On paper, he’s a much likelier candidate to give you some solid advice on replacing a boiler than the massive sales success he has created in his tenure.

Charley joined a promising, $2m in ARR software startup called SPS Commerce in 2002. He was their first sales hire and since Charley wasn’t technically a sales person, he did what any mechanical engineer would do… design a systematic/repeatable process to scale. During his 15 years of service at SPS, Charley personally delivered 300 hours of training building his sales team from 0 to 230+, taking them into 70 countries worldwide, acquiring 70,000 new customers, earning SPS $200m in recurring revenue and a spot on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

SPS Tower, located in downtown Minneapolis, in my opinion, is the house that Charley built and we are so EXCITED to share him with you.
