In the past year Ashley is working at airbnb, Launched and leads the Experience Community Leaders program, Manages the strategy and content for 50+ Facebook groups that give experience hosts an online space to connect and share advice and Oversees a global events strategy bringing hosts together face-to-face in 60+ cities.

I asked Ashley What makes Airbnb’s community a community and how she communicates with so many hosts and why Facebook is working so well for them.
