Conscious Sex Education - what is that? You may ask. 

Sex education should not just be about the practical and biological education but we should really talk about the emotional and spiritual aspects of our bodies, puberty, and growing into a young woman. 

I invited two amazing, wise and skilled women who directly work with young girls and their families to explore the emotional and spiritual as well as the practical aspects of these changes of the body that changes our lives forever.

Melonie Syrett is the author of the book - ‘How to support your daughter – a practical guide for mums’

She is a teacher, medicine drum maker and women’s healer who specialises in menstrual education and womb based work.

Melonie works with girls aged 9-12 in her education - meets ceremony based 'New Beginnings' offering. Focussing on puberty and periods, she prepares girls and their families for their first menarche and gently welcoming them into the 'circle of women' with a ceremony.

Charlotte Pointeaux is a Menstrual and Moon Cycle Coach empowering women and girls to understand and cherish their body’s wisdom, intuition and sovereignty through the magick of the menstrual and moon cycles so that they can flourish as a cyclical being in the modern world. She is a Certified Cycle and Life Coach, qualified Youth Mentor and Sacred Circle holder.

She coaches women and teens through her 1:1 Menstrual and Moon Cycle Coaching, and created First Moon Circles.
