In this episode, I will be talking about spring in a metaphorical sense so that you can recognise your inner spring through the story of spring.  I will be talking about spring as your spiritual guide. 

This means that the seasons can:

•  be the energetic bigger picture of your daily reality. 
•  help you to be more self aware, to describe and recognise what is going on for you and act from that place. 
• provide a framework, a strategy for you not just on the outside but within you too.  

Because As a woman you are cyclical on all levels, mentally emotionally , physically and spiritually, meaning you can go through four seasons in one day, as well as stay in one seasons for a while before you cycle into a new way of being.
