Do you have any bad habits that you overuse? 

When you begin to overuse a muscle, it gets stronger. That is fantastic, unless it's the pesky bad habits like anger, short temper, tone of voice, not listening, frustration, expected perfection, and on and on.

These muscles are ones you DO NOT want to strengthen. So what muscle are you flexing and wished you really were not?

The K.I.S.S. ~ Train your weak muscle!

  1. Decide on the "flexed" muscle (the one that hurts or is damaging to you and others).
  2. Which muscle do you want to strengthen? 
  3. What TRIGGERS stimulate the "flexed" muscle?
  4. Implement a solution/strategy to "flex" and strengthen the weak muscle.
  5. Take A.I.M.
