I love the chemistry between the two and the subtle power imbalance between them - one hates horror and the other loves. This leads into some funny banter between the two whenever they discuss something that is truly horrifying.My first episode of theirs was Funny Games (1997), which they discussed in detail their visceral reactions to it. Seeing the one enthused reaction and how they were legitimately horrified (one saying they had nightmares from it, a hardcore horror veteran) actually lead to an interesting discussion. Their banter around passing the director's test of quitting the movie was also a highlight. They clearly do research, pulling from interviews and are able to dive into the subject matter and guide the discussion in a way that gives a perspective on the film and its merits even if one is not having the most pleasant time watching it. Definitely recommend it.
