Too much gossip, too much speculation. Spaghetti drama, never ending episodes, stretching over an unsufferable amount of time. It is hard to listen to constant talking in circles and stating the obvious. They just produce huge amounts of content, the quality is questionable. This podcast reminds me of a work meeting. A lot of talking, no results.

I was a big fan of this show until they covered the case of Lindsay Clancy. The lack of empathy shown for this woman is despicable. Derek in particular, after 20 minutes into the first episode, after he had already stated that he knew nothing about the case, was ready with his pitchfork to demonise this woman. Post partum depression is not the same as post partum psychosis. Having PPD does not mean that you have any understanding of PPP. They are not the same at all, in any way. Having friends or relatives who suffered from PPD does not mean you understand PPP at all. I find it ironic that Stephanie mentioned the shame that surrounds PPD and how "you don't want to admit the way you're feeling" but this episode goes to further shame any person suffering from PPP. Calling people who suffer from PPP monsters is not going to encourage them to seek help and admit out loud what they are feeling and thinking. And the cycle continues.I think it would be beneficial for you both to sit down with a mental health professional who treats PPP and have them educate you on the condition.This episode was shameful and you've lost me as a listener.

love Stephanie and Derrick. No one digs deeper and no one approaches a theory more thoroughly. My fav!

I literally only joined this website so I could rate Crime Weekly. I'm a day one fan. Love Stephanie and Derrick so much. Also, I was already a fan of Stephanie, so the addition of Crime Weekly was a duh for me.

love the podcast, unknowingly watched ur Derek on b.bbefore your crime weekly. To the most recent podcast during the 911 call, I thought right away about him being a published author but I'm with your co-host who the f*** would care about how many stairs? He can't predict what the 911 operator would be asking. If I were the person calling 911 I wouldn't give a single turd about how many stairs there were. But 1 thing I don't understand, if u killed someone and the professionals could help them why would u call for help??

Very good true crime podcast. Well researched. I enjoy Stephanie's YouTube videos and Derrick offers important commentary from the perspective of a retired detective.

This is such an amazing podcast! Stephanie and Derrick make such a great team. I think the podcast wouldn't be as great if it were anyone else but them. They compliment each other very well. Stephanie is so amazing at telling the victims stories and Derrick has some amazing facts and knowledge about police work and investigations. I highly recommend this podcast and I hope it lasts forever!

I love this new PODCAST!!! I love Stephanie and have been watching your youtube show for a while now!!! Derrick is a nice addition and so far I have enjoyed the 2 different points of view and how he brings up the points of not emotionally jumping to conclusions. HOWEVER, I listened to Jonbenet Ramsey part 1, and Derrick I am sorry I have to side with Stephanie on this, YOU don't know about Beauty Pageants, they are in no way like sports.. Just say- well I don't know and if you want to know yes watch Toddlers and Taras but otherwise I am loving y'all Colleen

Love this podcast! Derrick and Stephanie work so well together. They do so much research and are always so respectful of victims. Keep up the great work.

The attention to detail Stephanie has is unmatched and I love the gentle nature of Derrick, it compliments Stephanie's fiery nature. Brilliant if you're looking for an unbiased, well presented and in depth podcast to listen to.

I love how this podcast goes into every possible detail of the case. I personally really enjoy the long multi-part series on cases and I have to admire the amount of research that goes into every episode.
