He had been beaten, shot, and stabbed but used what strength he had left to call for help. He later died, but not before giving police a description of his attackers. It is nearly 10 years later and Jeff’s murder remains unsolved.Jeff’s mother Nancy and uncle John have never stopped seeking justice.
