Fairness, Dignity and Equality

1.  How many Australian Disability Enterprise (ADEs) are operating in  Australia? and are they meeting their obligations with the Fair Work  Act, and the national modern slavery reporting requirements?  

2. Disabled workers rights at work. Coercion, wage theft, and modern  slavery How we close the legal loopholes used by Employers to underpay their  workers.  

3. Representation in the workplace. How are Disabled Workers represented  in their workplaces in Australia? (Conflict of interest with ADE’s, job network providers, complaints  process, unions etc) 

4. Government regulation and oversight. Who’s investigating ADE’s are  compliant with workplace and human rights laws? Is the ADE system  sustainable and still a viable service type for people with  disabilities? what legislative reform measure would best be appropriate  to bring about change in this important public policy space?
