She found out just how loyal her employees were when catastrophe struck.What would you do with your business if you woke up in a hospital bed and saw relatives from around the US standing at your bedside.Coffee Girl has mouth watering pastries, and scones that attract locals every day.  And why would a friend travel a long distance just to make her scones. People may disagree about what makes a good scone, but Betsy’s answer is definitive.There were three lessons she learned while attending coffee school in Portland and says number three was the most important.
