Today I am talking with Kim Bassett, Certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach. Kim shares her junk to joy story with us that revolves around years of unsuccessful fertility treatments which ultimately led to adoption.

Kim chose to reclaim her positive body image after gaining weight from shots and eating to hide pain. She also made a mental mindset shift after coming to terms with knowing that her body could not produce a baby.

She also shares that adoptive moms can have postpartum and it's normal. Kim has also found her purpose in a lifestyle that will keep her around as an older mom and shares all the details on that today. You can connect with Kim and her program below in the notes.
