Today Megan shares her journey of why she always obsessed over what her body looked like, how much she weighed, what she ate, counting calories all day, every day. Megan used to restrict all week, then would binge on Sunday's like a man woman. She then turned to alcohol and Adderall for comfort and fake confidence.

Megan shares with us why pain equals a catalyst for change. What the scale says has nothing to do with your worth. Throw it out! Life gets to be easy. Breath and Surrender equals our biggest allies. Everything is happening for us.

We also chat about why being alone is so important and how it gives us our allowness. We have so many of these little micro moments sprinkled throughout the show so let us know which one was your favorite.
