We are halfway through our Meatless March challenge! How's it going? Ehhhh, meat-iocre. Kristin, Emily, and Corrigan get together over wine and brownies to discuss why they've gone "flexitarian," their successes and failures, and why kicking the red meat habit can actually be a pretty attainable goal even for the least self-disciplined of folks (like us), providing income and access allow for it. Check in with us as Kristin discovers egg rolls don't just have egg in them, Emily owns up to being the least mindful eater ever, and Corrigan makes references no one else gets. It's a good time! Be sure to let us know if you listened! And we want to hear how you do your part for the environment!
