About the business:
Eka, meaning one, is an online platform dedicated to reconnecting Yoga and Ayurveda through education and inspiration.
Traditionally, Yoga and Ayurveda were thought of as two closely related spiritual or sacred sciences rooted in the Vedic tradition of India. Reconnecting these two traditions creates the opportunity for us to understand and appreciate that we are unique and what we need to maintain optimal health and happiness is just as unique.
Eka originally started as a brick and mortar yoga studio in Seattle that based its classes on the Ayurvedic doshas (body types), but eventually evolved into a wellness community that teaches its members how to take their health into their own hands through mindset, diet, and movement.
This summer, She closed the doors to the brick and mortar and have been focusing on Ayurvedic consultations/coaching, Eka's online membership site (Learn more), and her 10-20 hour Yoga and Ayurveda Immersive Course (Learn More).
