So good. I appreciate the empathy that the hosts have towards the victims
Mike & Scott are awesome! I’m a true crime aficionado & relatively recent podcast listener. I’m retired/disabled & live in the sticks (60 miles west of Las Vegas, Nevada, United States). I have listened to several podcasts, mostly true crime. Dark Poutine, just like the proverbial cream, has risen to the top. Thank you guys for your humor, the delicate way in which you describe the events & the victims, your honesty of possible shortcomings in your own lives & teaching me everything I need to know about the country I should have been born in. I am so happy my Trinidadian friend recommended Dark Poutine to me. I am truly sick of politics, so podcasts are a lifesaver for me. Mike & Scott you deserve a medal! Make that 2 medals. That way you won’t fight over it 😁 Brenda Roser-Eyre
Love this podcast! Varied subjects, humour, genuine empathy for victims, and interesting Information with a Canadian twist. Love so much!
My favourite true crime podcast and I'm not even Canadian. I love how the stories are told, the banter between the guys and learning about Canadian culture along the way. They really empathesise with the people they discuss and are stellar eggs. Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️☺️
Honest, touching and funny. Dark Poutine is one of my new favorite podcasts. Mike and Scott won me over early on when they threw traditional masculinity out the window and shared very personal stories of their own trauma and mental health struggles. They never hesitate to share their true feelings about a topic, even if it may come across as offensive to some. They are tactfully honest and focus respectfully on the victims first. Can't recommend enough
My absolute favorite podcast, I am still catching up on all the episodes, I am going to be sad when I am all caught up and have to wait week by week! Mike and Scott do a fantastic job!
Love these guys and their take on true crime and dark history, done with compassion for the victims and their families, with a twist of humor. My fav is the "goldfinger" episode (that's what I think it should be called!).
Great podcast. As a flat earther I was offended by one episode but the rest make up for it. Keep up the great work
Amongst the myriad of true crime podcasts, Dark Poutine stands out as it manages to strike the right balance of humour and sensitivity in telling victim's stories. Highly recommended!

Dark Poutine - True Crime and Dark Historythanks
Love it. One of the first podcast I listened too. Now I'm hooked
Dark Poutine - True Crime and Dark Historythanks
For the sake of transparency, I've had the pleasure of knowing the hosts - Mike & Scott - longer than their podcast has been around. In fact, I had heard through the grapevine that the two of them spun up "some Canadian crime podcast" and didn't give it much thought. Then one day that changed - I happened to tune in to Episode 39 (The Crash of SwissAir 111) and was instantly hooked. Mike & Scott make a subject that I'm not all to interested in, interesting. Episodes are well put together and researched, and I find that I feel like I know those involved in each episode due to the care and attention provided to each - something that is difficult considering the subject matter. I also appreciate the re-telling of each story in a manner to respect the dignity of the victims and their families. To steal a quote from Theordore Roosevelt, "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care," and it's extremely indicative that Mike & Scott care about the stories they share. Keep up the phenomenal work gentleman and do me a favour - go poop in your toque!
Dark Poutine - True Crime and Dark Historythanks
This is my VERY favourite podcast! Mike and Scott exhibit a unique combination of serious and funny with plenty of memorable 'quotables.' They treat the victims with the ultimate compassion and do not glorify the criminals. They also mix in a few episodes of the ghostly and humorous as palate cleansers. Love them and love the Yumber Yard fan group. This podcast is done by good eggs and for good eggs. Love you all! - Lynn W.

Mike (the host) and Scott (his co-host) - Canadians - are entertaining and often hilarious in their delivery of some very interesting stories. They can be nerdy, but in a cool way! Love these guys and look forward to every episode!

One of my favorite podcasts to listen to because the Mike and Scott are hilarious! Also they are truly respectful towards the victims and their families but also provide a good balance of comedic commentary.
