I still detest the main romance plot, but this episode definitely made me appreciate this film more for its historical context.
This episode uses the popular rom-com "You've Got Mail" as a snapshot on the cultural anxieties of the late 1990's, and then takes this opportunity to look at how those trends turn out. I also particularly liked the explanation of the specific stores that were referenced in the film. This was a terrific episode!
