In this episode of Design On The Go, Josh and Amanda get the opportunity to interview a very special client, Carol Ann! Carol Ann has been a client of Joshua Allen Design for years now, she has had both staging and design projects done. Carol Ann explains what it was like to work with Josh and Amanda from a clients point of view!

• Both staging & design client
• She had such a great experience with her staging job, that she decided to work with JAD on redesigning her own home
• The home they staged got more than 10% of the asking price because of the staging
• Carol Ann wanted to transform her dining room into a sitting area, and wanted to redesign her library as well.

• Josh & Amanda were so easy to work with 
• Both Josh & Amanda were always available to help and answer questions every step of the way.
• With floor plans and clear placement instructions, Carol Ann was able to execute the project herself
• Josh & Amanda were able to come out and see the finished spaces
• Carol Ann says the entire process was so fun!

• She wanted the projects done in a timely manner 
• They immediately set up an in person consultation to see the spaces
• Took measurements
• Asked tons of questions to get a good feel for her design style!
• Asked how she wanted the spaces to be utilized
• What colors she wanted to see in the spaces 
• In a timely fashion, they gave Carol Ann access to her online portfolio ( each room with two options) 
• Portfolio included full sourcing (and links) all she had to do was decide what she wanted to purchase 
• Both projects were full complete in just a few months

• Interior plantation shutters - they get so many compliments on them!

• Build amazing relationships with clients
• Have ongoing relationships 
• Being able to reimagine spaces for all clients 
• So rewarding to see happy clients
